At Chasing All Dreams Custom Solutions LLC, we understand that circumstances may arise requiring clients to cancel or reschedule their services. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness while maintaining the integrity of our scheduling and operations.
Cancellation Policy AT CHASING ALL DREAMS CUSTOM SOLUTIONS LLC
1. General Cancellation Policy Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of scheduled services.Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total service cost.No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be charged 100% of the service fee.
2. Custom Solutions & Project-Based Services For custom projects or long-term solutions, a non-refundable deposit (amount specified in service agreement) is required at the time of booking.If cancellation occurs before project initiation, the deposit is retained, and any additional fees incurred will be billed accordingly.If cancellation occurs after work has started, a prorated amount will be billed based on work completed.
3. Emergency Cancellations In the case of emergencies, clients may request a one-time courtesy rescheduling, subject to availability.Supporting documentation may be required for emergency waivers of cancellation fees.
4. Refund Policy Refunds are not provided for completed services or digital products.Partial refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis for prepaid services canceled before fulfillment, minus any applicable fees.
5. Rescheduling Policy Clients who provide at least 48 hours’ notice may reschedule without penalty.Rescheduling requests made within 24-48 hours may incur a $25 rescheduling fee.Rescheduling is subject to service provider availability.

Cancellation by Chasing All Dreams Custom Solutions LLC We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, including staff availability, technical issues, or emergencies.In the event of cancellation on our end, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.By scheduling services with Chasing All Dreams Custom Solutions LLC, clients agree to the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.
